Another Day

Another day. Nothing much .We went to another local library and did a whole bunch of stuff. I'm sure things will go better on the job front this next week.

Tomorrow me and Mel are going to a church retreat where we will be for a night and another day. I'll let you know what happens.

I'm going to make cool beaded, shelled things and I'll post pictures of them as they are created.

I discovered a new show that I am obsessed with and it's called The Listener. This is a family friendly show and only mildly scifi. Great storylines and I think the main guy looks like a young John Shepherd.

Okay, I'm going to log off now. Not much to say and I'm tired. *yawn* More later.

Another Day

Got our library cards and I have checked out a tons of books about everything. They've got some really great library's around here and I really love it! I was able to find some great things to read.

Today I went and checked out the local Department of Social and Health services. I had an interview at three, but chickened out a few hours early so that got canceled - it was for a car sales position at Kia. *gulp*. Anywhoo, I discovered that Bremerton, WA makes my motion sickness a mazillion times worse because of all the hills and bends and stuff in the roads. I also discovered where the Work Source placey is so I will go there next week at some point - or I can just visit it online if I don't want to drive over there.

The rain has been great and the temperatures have been great so far. Not TOO cold except for inside where it is freezing, but blankets help out there so all in all things are going fine.

I'll write more tomorrow. Today was pretty hectic and choatic and...exhausting so I'm going to bed now.

Several people have e-mailed me after reading my blog posts so far and they seem to think I don't like it here. Sorry, if my posts come across as overly sarcastic and, well, just plain negative. I tend to sound that way in type because you can't hear my tone of voice which is often...well....sarcastic. lol.

Um. Anyway, I like it here. I just find it a little frightening that everything is so new. As you all know, I totally don't do NEW very well so I find this experience to be a bit on the taxing side, so to speak.

Bright side for today - WE NOW HAVE COFFEE~!!!!!!!! !!!!! !!!! And, yes, all of those exclamation marks ARE called for. lol. :D :D :D Life is always brighter with coffee. We've been driving around town yesterday and today trying to find out where everything is located at and stuff like that. I found out that I'm going to need to figure out how to get classified as Low Income so that I can get a lower price on the bus. It's either that or I walk everywhere in the rain and with my immune system shot all to .... hades.
Um. Yeah. Today was pretty uneventful.

I have an interview set for Thursday at 3:00 in Bremerton for a car sales position. Yikes. It's for a place called Hoover Kia. NO IDEA what that is exactly and I highly doubt that I will get the job, but I am going to try my darndest, because even if I cannot stay on long-term even one paycheck would help me pay bills. I can suffer through one paycheck at the very least and who knows, I might actually be good at it and like it. (don't laugh)

....btw, I thought that I should mention that my grammer and stuff gets REALLY HORRIBLE when it comes to typing out stuff on blogs. I don't know where all of the commas and periods go or come from. Also, I am an icon-addict and I post random icons CONTINUOUSLY...pretty much. *blush*. It's a bit weird so ignore it. Or post a comment, I don't really care. Whatever makes you feel better.

I should have more pictures, but it stays pretty dark around here, what with all the rain and stuff, so I wasn't able to get some fair pics to post. There was a few hours of bright sunshine today though. It was cool. I also applied to another half a dozen jobs today so that's cool and they are all VERY local and within reason as far as requirements go. So, no more car sales jobs. Lol.

It's so funny!! As I'm driving around the town here I'm seeing all the places that I applied to before coming. :P I've applied to practically EVERYWHERE except most of the car mechanic places - I did apply to some of those though just encase they needed a receptionist or something like that.
I'll let you know how stuff pans out.

OH~! I almost forgot! I have a library card here and it's a HUNDRED books a go!! I'm so excited about this. Yeay.
Okay, I gotta go do some more job searching and watch some more SGA and check out my farmville and write some more on my stories (I'm one chapter away from finishing my latest) and I really need to catch up on the news around here.

Yep, yep.
Again, if you have questions leave them in the comment sections and stuff. It's a bit disheartening not to see any comments. *sigh* Still, I know that you guys are reading this because I've had the whole 'you must really hate it there' e-mails coming in. lol.

Btw, I LOVE RAIN, so no worries on that front either. ;)
More later.

(AGAIN, Icon-Addict here *waves* so be prepared for that).

SQUEEEEEE! I'm at the library here. It's so nice and we can check out a hundred books at a time. *faints from happy*. The first checkout is only TWO though so I got Quantum Physics for Dummies to help me with my current story plot and a little book on Knitting so that I can finish my fingerless gloves. Yeppers. It'll be good.

I just finished getting all of the transit information I'll need. It's 25 dollars a month for a pass. Yikes. I have that much if I don't bail my bank account out of the red. *sigh* I try not to think about how horrible my credit is going to be by the time I get work. *headdesk*.

I also looked up all the directions for places that I need to go around town (walmart, department of health, department of labor, dollar store, post office, etc) and I downloaded them to my computer. Also, I looked at more places to apply, but I'm going to wait until I go to the deparment of labor and grab some applications so that I can go in person. *gulp*. I think that's the best way to go about this.

So. Yeah. That's what's happened so far over here on my first day. I locked Peshy in the bathroom while we're gone. I guess I'll find out when we get back whether that was a great or a poor idea. *double-sigh*. She's probably been barking since we left. *wince* The neighbors will hate us. :(.

I'll figure something out with Peshy. *nods* Talk to you guys later!!

I got a video of the living room that we are staying in. DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS as it was recorded on my phone and the audio completely sucks. Hm. More pictures, etc. to come in the future.

You all have a great week!

Well, me and Melissie got - predictably - lost in Seattle, but we managed to get ourselves out of there without too much trouble. Ended up taking a Ferry instead of the Bridge though. *rolls eyes* That's 14 bucks right there. But that's okay because Melissie loooo-oooved the Ferry. *gag* I hated it. THE HORIZON KEPT MOVING!!! O_O Then we were going to HIT the dock thingy and then we DID hit the dock thingy!!

Mel has delusions. She thinks we're doing it AGAIN, because it was so darned FUN. omg.

My Pesh-Pesh is just loving it here except for the rain which she is slowly getting used to...sorta. She's never liked rain, but I think she finally figured out it wasn't going to STOP just so that she could go outside. :P She likes the people we are staying with, the neighbors dog and she isn't even trying to kill the cat. Well, not exactly, anyway.

On the bright side. I'm not going to have to give her baths ALL THE TIME, because she's always sopping wet when she comes inside. :P. One problem solved.

This week I will be working first on finding local transportation for me so that I know which directions I can make it for work and how far. Then it will be focusing my job hunting on THOSE areas instead of all over kingdom come. *sigh* I've got some job interviews this week, but after driving around here I am going to have to cancel all of those. They aren't close enough for me to make it when Melissie gets work. The friend that we are staying with is going to hook Melissie up with a job where she works so Mel will have something almost immediately. A car is a must in order to work there so I cannot even apply. *rolls eyes...again* I'll find something, it will just be more challenging than before.

Soooo-oooo. That's about it so far. If you guys want to know something specific go ahead and post the questions in a comment and I will address it as soon as I can. :D. I hope things are going okay for all of you!

Oh. Before I forget to mention it, we are located RIGHT ON THE FRIGGIN' BEACH so I've been collecting shells and cool stuff to be cleaned, bleached and then added to my collection of things to be bead-ified. :). I found an AWESOME cool rock down there that I'm going to cage in wire and make into a pendant. I'll post a picture of it once it's done. ;)

As most of you are aware, I take pictures of EVERYTHING and I love adding them to my blog posts. The only reason you don't have a video of our new diggs is because Mel is still asleep and I'm not sure where she packed the camera. :P. When she's up and awake I'll add something for you guys to see.

O-M-F-G! I almost forgot!! (Oh, and YES, I actually do swear-ish when I type. So, be prepared) Dangit! I just forgot what is what that I remembered that I forgot that I was going to tell you guys. *is confused* Give me a second. ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... I REMEMBER! *woot!* We're only, like, two hours from FORKS. You know. FORKS. The place where all the nice vampires are!!!!!! I'm so excited. When we both have jobs we're taking a road trip over there! I'll have to stop at the Sheriff's office (Where Bella's dad works in the books) and the Hospital (Where Mr. Cullen - the vampire - works in the books) AND they even have a Twilight gift shop there. Who'd a thunk. *sarcasm*. Anywhoo, I thought that was cool.

BTW, I hate Seattle. I never want to live there. . . Mel loves it and is convinced that life would be SO MUCH BETTER surrounded by that many people. *shudder*. Yeah. Hm.

Ms. Brown - the person we are staying with - already signed us up for this retreat thing her church is doing. *shrug* I wasn't expecting that, but I don't care because I planned to invade all the churches over this way anyway. :P This way I'll get my first look at their Seventh Day Adventist one (Yeah, she's SDA too)

Well, I'm off to farmville and then it's to the breakfast and then the library and then the job search.

If anyone wants to live chat with me when I'm online, sign up for gmail and add me as a friend or just friend me over on facebook because it has a live chat feature. I go under the name Tina E. Cokenour on facebook.

I'll add more later.

By Ebbtide

Drain my life into the sewer and flush away all evidence of my pains. Who would want to care for such an animal as me? No one. I can answer that one all on my own.

Dean says I’m not evil. He says that I have a choice. How do you choose your blood? You can’t. See, I’m a smart one. A keeper. I would laugh if it were true or funny.

A serious outlook on my life and past keep me grounded in this despair that I would wish away in the flash of time that it takes for my heart to fully beat. There are no convenient exits with large, glowing signs to unmask their presence in my life. None of that for me to rely on.

My brother can never understand my agony. Tit for Tat. I can never be capable of knowing his regrets from the pit. We share in our self-imposed emotional desolation.

We are two sides of a rusty, lucky penny. A little spit-shine and a wide eyed child away from functionality.

DON'T LISTEN WITH THE AUDIO ON. My recording audio thing is all screwed up so you'll just get really loud gibberish noise. So, listen on mute.

This is a walk-through of my new place. ;). :). That's my friend's dog, Nakita.

Sitting in a Groomer

UM. Went to work with Nathan. Sitting in a bumpy groomer thingy. Regretting those gummy bears I ate. They have already made several reappearances. *grimace*. VERY bumpy ride. Have I mentioned that I get motion sickness?? On a couch! This is a little worse, but I'm having fun - except for the gummy bear thing.

Lots of hills. Up and down. Lots of moving fast, stopping suddenly, backing up suddenly, turning in sharp circles suddenly. Urgh. Typing this out is making me feel sick again.

So. Going back to trying to remain NOT vomiting. ;). Good ride though. For anyone whose watched Armageddon, the groomer machines are like the rover thingy they go on the astroid in. UBER-COOLSVILLE! WOOT! WOOT!

Anyway, he's got GOOD MUSIC. MT. DEW ANNNNNNND GUMMY BEARS (but we won't mention those. :p ).

SEX AND VIOLENCE - app. name. ;).

So far on Sex and Violence.

WOAH. Sammy still keeping secrets from Dean. NOT COOL! Honestly, they are totally screwing up the only good thing that they have by alienating each other. Totally not COOL.! Aargh. They need to have a serious “talking” moment. A hug wouldn’t hurt things either. ;).

The Siren is absolutely HORRIBLE and I hope they are able to stop her, but knowing SN like I do. Things are going to get a lot worse before they get even a little bit better. I’m worried for the boys. I mean, going after this Siren is NOT a good plan. Especially with how…screwed up they both are. Easy prey. ;). J

I feel sorry for all those guys that killed their loved ones while under the Siren spell. I mean, she send them into a philter haze and then LEAVES. Ugh. How horrible is that. L All of those lives ruined. *sigh*.

THEY WERE HAD. Omg. !! Hehe

BOBBY. Yay. I’ve been missing him something horrible. L But hopefully this won’t be the last of the - OMG! Go BOBBY! Omg. Lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay. First off, LOVE the phone thing with Bobby. Squeeeeeeee!! J J J

Second. OMG!!! SAM, you sleep with EVERYONE! Ugh. Which one is the Siren? The doctor or the FBI agent?? I mean, come ON, no one is so similar to Dean - that’s gotta be the Siren…….but……but the Doc kinda seems to be the Siren. I just don’t know. Guess I’ll have to wait and see.

I cannot BELIEVE Sam and Ruby communicate with PHONES. *snirk* Next thing you know Castiel is going to have a speed dial number on Dean’s cell. Lol.! Calling Angels. Lol. J.

Great episode so far. I cannot BELIEVE we’ve got ANOTHER hiatus coming before more new episodes. This season just keeps getting BETTER AND BETTER. I miss Kim Manners. *sigh*. Wish he could have been around to see how totally awesome all this is. L . . .

Okay, so not cool. IT WAS THE GUY! Omg.! *GASP* I don’t believe it. Dean is…Dean is….Dean is going to GO AFTER SAM!!!!!!! Whose eyes were doing weird things, btw. Makes me think that the end of Yellow Fever was NOT a “trick of the light” like everyone’s been telling me. I mean, we just saw it again!! Sam’s eyes flashed yellow twice now! That is SO not good. VERY, VERY BAD.

Okay…..we can see those brothers through this, but I mean, if they don’t start TALKING soon then there is going to be a BIG problem. Then with that huge spoiler leak this last week. “The last three episodes of the season are Dean vs. Sam” …..I worried!!!! What if one of them dies…AGAIN! What if Dean goes back to hell! I don’t think I could handle that for ANOTHER summer.!!! YIKES.

That fight was just horrible the things that they said to each other. All the things that us fans have been saying and discussing all this season. OMG! DEAN and SAM!!!!!!! This episode is beyond awesome…but…nothing good ever happens to those guys. I mean, we all KNEW it would end with nothing but bad, but STILL. This was even worse than what I had been expecting. The fight I kinda figured on, but the WORDS they said. OMG! Heartbreaking.

I miss the season two dynamic. The “good old days” when they were there for each other even when they were fighting. Season three changed Sam so dramatically and then all that summer when Dean was in hell. Well, it just kept on changing him. I guess it should have been obvious that he could go that way after Dean died. We got a taste of it in Mystery Spot, but still I had hoped. Hope sucks because SN always lets ya down. L

I don’t know for sure how many episodes are left to the season, but if they do NOT resolve the Ruby thing by then all this is going to suck.

OKAY. So that was the worst ending ever - and what I mean by that is now we KNOW that this is just going to continue. OMG. You’d think they’d do that thing called “learning” most people usually catch on.

After what happened at the end of season three I thought they would understand, but I guess not. I mean, they are all that they’ve got. Bobby’s even grown distant over this season (admittedly the actor is a regular on a different show so that could have something to do with it, idk), but they are losing everything that made them want to live in the first place. So sad. L.

New episode and then NADA

Tonight is the last SN episode for a while. We're being slapped with a new hiatus, which is just very, very unfair and I am not happy with it at all and I would really like for it not to happen, but, guess what?!?! Yeah. It's happening ANYWAY.

Meanies up North just want us to BEG for the finale that's going to make us all upset anyway. omg! *facepalm* I mean, we all KNOW that this season is going to end with the W's fighting each other, heaven and hell. Nothing good is going to come of it and I would just really like to see those boys have a happy ending, but if ONE OF THEM DIES AGAIN IN THE FINALE I WILL BE THE MOST UNHAPPY PERSON EVER!! *snort* So there.

I plan to write the people up North and let them know just what I think about what they plan to do if and when they mess everything up by ending the season with the biggest cliffie yet, which if I know my Kripke, they WILL. omg. Oh, well....then it's going to be all summer of anguishing over the life and death of our boys and I just really want to know what is going to happen to them. Wish that I had access to the scripts! At least then I would have some piece of mind.

And maybe a little peace too. ;) :).

Oh well. Guess I'll see what will happen when the episode comes on tonight. :).

Nothing good ever happens on Supernatural. Only bad things can POSSIBLY happen to W’s. This episode totally proved it! *sigh*. Poor Sammy.

Kk. Well, the flashbacks = AWESOME. Love them totally.

I’m glad that Dean is being understanding about this…after their last conversation I was worrying about the W’s and their friendship. It’s kinda….strained these days. Anywhoo. Nice to see that Dean’s still there for his little brother even after all of the things that have come up between them recently.

Alright, so that entire scene with the bus at the end was BEYOND awesome.

AND I totally liked the shots with the boys IN the bus earlier. AWESOME. <3.>

Sam’s words to Dirk. WOW. O_O Talk about your Sam Insights. *nods*. I liked it.

O.M.G. :D :D :D LOVED IT! Woot!

Monday, January 26, 2009

This is just a post dedicated to the totally awesome Kim Manners. I've been a vague fan for a long time until Supernatural. Then I totally fell in love.

We'll miss you Kim and never forget you. R.I.P. Kim Manners. <3

Mudvayne - Do What You Do lyrics

(Verse 1)
Lips bleed from the rings,
All these little bruises, the little things,
That provoke the segregation.
Lead the separation.
Cage and clip the wings.
Little noises, the little screams,
That stop the operation.
Conscious amputation.

(Chorus 1)
Just do what you do,
What you do, what you did to me.
Now I'm stuck in between a rock and nowhere,
With nothing,
With no one.
Just do what you do,
What you do, what you've done to me.
Draw the chalk line around the scene, it's over,
Now it's all over.

(Verse 2)
Like a heart that's lost it's beat.
A little boy, that softly weeps,
Overwhelmed with emotion,
Views burns through explosion.
Lost the forest through the trees
Little whispers, the little dreams,
That sparked the recollection.
Constant suffocation.

(Chorus 2)
Just do what you do,
What you do, what you did to me.
Now I'm stuck in between a rock and nowhere,
With nothing,
With no one.
Just do what you do,
What you do, what you've done to me.
Draw the chalk line around the scene, it's over,
Now it's all over.

(Bridge 1)
I can feel my life is changing,
I can feel my heart is jaded,

Left the sticks,
Left the stones,
Words don't hurt,
Mend the bones.
I can feel my life is changing.

(Chorus 3)
Just do what you do,
What you do, what you did to me.
Now I'm stuck in between a rock and nowhere,
With nothing,
With no one.
Just do what you do,
What you do, what you've done to me.
Draw the chalk line around the scene, it's over,
Now it's all over.

(Ending/Bridge 2)
Erase the past and leave the pain,
Cleanse the wounds and forget the name.
Lost the will, ran far away,
So it's all over.

Spread the ash and fill the grave,
Lost the tongue and make my way.
Do what you do and go away,
Now it's all over.

AAARGGGGGH. Actually, double aaaargh!!

DEAN WINCHESTER IS NOT EVIL! *fist raised to the sky*. NOT EVIL!!

I don't care how many souls he tortured - okay, that's totally a lie. I DO care, but stiill. He did what he did and it happened and he feels horrible about it and I'm totally into giving him another chance

While we're on that thread, NEITHER IS SAMMY!!! Aaaargh.

He's not evil - neither of them are - and there is nothing that they can say or do that can sway me on that...opinion. They have both done things, bad things, but they never asked for that life and they never asked to have to choose between two impossible choices. They did the best with what they had. They made what they felt was the "right" decision...most of the time. In hell when Dean gave in and started torturing souls to end his own torment. Well, he'd been faced witha lifetime of HORRIBLENESS and then HELL. How would anyone else react?! At least he was able to hold out for thirty years - which isn't a long time, granted, but STILL he held out for a while before giving in. It was either hurt himself or hurt something else. *sigh*. POOR DEAN!!

omb. Okay, that's all. Fangirl rant over. *sigh*. My W's are GOOD PEOPLE even when they do bad things for bad reasons and good things for bad reasons. THEY'RE THE W'S! *nods*.

Night world. I still got the flu so you might not hear from me until next week. Stuff's happening here.Still no job. *sigh*. *wave* *yawn*. Later. ;).

I just got back from watching TWILIGHT. It is not only THE BEST MOVIE it is also REALLY COOL!!

Mom, when you read this...WATCH THAT MOVIE. :). You will totally love it. I know that it's about vampires, but it's actually a love story and the vampire's are veggie ones. ;). I read the books one and two before watching the movie so that I would be able to understand what was happening and that made it so that I caught the different meanings behind certain references, but the movie itself without having read the books are just great! WOOT! I hope that they come out with the second movie and don't pull a Golden Compass - where they only did the FIRST book, that sucked.

ANYWAY. AWSESOME. I totally loved that movie and I recommend it to just about anybody with an imagination. ;). :D :D

I also needed to write a Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki shout out because their show is coming back this Thursday. The hiatus has been KILLING ME!!! But it's finally over and from what I've seen in the teasers for this next episode Kripke made another killer episode. ;). No mention of Grace Trees or Anna makeout sessions! WOOOT! If I'm ultra lucky Ruby won't make an appearance. :D :D :D :D :D I hope it's just the J's. ;). :).

Totally had a great night tonight. I ended up driving around after the movie just to drive. I had good music on (MY kind of 'good music', mom heheh) and I totally had a great time. Post more later. ;) :D :D :D

For now I need to go and feed my Gnorbu - oh! I have a Gnorbu now. Her name is FuryanPurifier. She's over and :D :D :D I should get a picture so that I can show you guys. I need to go feed her and buy some more stuff for her house which means I need to get neopoints to pay for all of that by playing games. lol. I love neopets....aaand SpongeBob. lol. ;).

I know......I'm totally unique. lol. ;). Post more later. Hang tight, world!! :D :D
